Lockdown Landscapes
Project type
Lockdown Landscapes
Date
21 Jan 2021
Location
Winchester, UK
Personal Project involving the cramped quarters that served as our world during the coronavirus outbreak, when lockdown made it necessary for us to work, socialise, and unwind all in the same place.
Lockdown Landscapes was designed to highlight feelings of dissociation during the global pandemic as life didn't seem real anymore for the general public. Many students and fellow graduates say that this particular year felt very much like a time warp, with all the days blending into one and an overriding focus to be as productive as possible.
These workspace illustrations are inspired from fellow graduates and current students, which each gave me small descriptions of how they feel about their personal workspace.
